- No food or cooking inside the yurt; please use the outside cooking/eating area.
- All food and food-related garbage must be securely stored in your vehicle
- Pack out what you pack in
- No soaps or shampoos may be used in the summer shower; rinse off only
- You MUST be wildlife aware: Dangerous wild animals are often on the property. Bears, cougar, moose, wolves, coyotes, foxes or even deer can hurt or kill you. Do not approach!
- Please note off-limit areas: The horse paddock, barn, outbuildings, well water pump, and all ranch equipment and vehicles are off-limits without host supervision. Barn tours may be arranged. Check with your host.

- If it belongs to someone else and you want to use it, get permission.

- If you break it, tell someone.
- If you don't know how to operate it, leave it alone.
- No running, screaming or jumping while around horses.
- Don't wear anything you don't want to get dirty.
- For shooting, you are welcome to bring a camera.
